TICKETS

Purchased tickets are final and non-refundable.

All guests must present a valid ticket to attend the event.

There will be no ticket sales at the door on the day of the event.

CAST APPEARANCE

1. TV City will make every reasonable effort to ensure all advertised cast members attend the event as scheduled. All cast appearances are confirmed in good faith and are subject to each cast member’s personal and professional availability.

2. In the event that a cast member is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to, illness, family emergencies, travel disruptions, work commitments), or circumstances beyond our control, TV City will not be held liable for any changes to the advertised guest lineup.

3. Should a cast member cancel their appearance, TV City will do everything within its power to secure a suitable replacement cast or provide alternative programming to ensure the event continues to deliver a high-quality experience for attendees.

4. Guest appearances, schedules, performances and Q&A sessions are subject to change without notice.

5. By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge and accept that advertised cast may change due to circumstances outside of TV City’s control.

MEMORABILIA

Guests are permitted to bring a maximum of 2 personal items (such as t-shirt, photographs, DVDs, posters) to the venue for the purpose of seeking signatures from performers or guests. 

PARKING / DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

1. Limited car park spaces available on-site, accessible through Gate 1. 

2. Street parking is available. Please be considerate of local residents. Do not block driveway access.
All guests parked off-street can only enter and exit through Gate 2 (via walkway).

3. All Taxi and Ride-sharing services must enter from Gate 1, following the direction signs for pick-up/drop off. 

ACCESSIBILITY

Guests requiring special access, such as: wheelchairs, walking sticks, mobility aids, or those with limited mobility, TV City kindly ask guests to give notice prior to the event to ensure that guests access needs are well accommodated.

RISK AND LIABILITY

All guests are responsible for taking reasonable care for their own safety and personal belongings while attending the event.

TV City recommends guests wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the indoor event.

5. In the event of severe weather, safety concerns, emergency situations or circumstances beyond TV City’s reasonable control, event schedules, activities or access to certain areas may be changed, delayed or cancelled without notice.

TICKET TRANSFERS

If a ticket holder is unable to attend, they can transfer the ticket to a nominated person of choice. This request must be submitted in writing (including the nominated person’s full name, contact number, email) and forwarded to TV City’s email (tvcityau@gmail.com) for the approval of change. 

TV City will not accept requests of ticket transfer after Wednesday 18th November 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (1:59pm UTC).

BEHAVIOUR

TV City and Venue Management reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to refuse admission to or evict any ticket holder without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone who is disorderly, under the influence of drugs or excessive consumption of alcohol, or exhibiting inappropriate, offensive, or threatening behaviour.
